1. BOOKING INFORMATION
Reservation / Deposit / Full Payment
- Deposit must be paid upon reservation and the Full Balance must be paid 30 days prior to departure. America, South Africa, Europe region must be paid 50 days prior to departure.
- FIT booking must be paid 50% of Total Tour Fare, Full Balance must be paid 30 days prior to departure.
- DEPOSIT:
- RM 1,000 p/p – ASEAN & Regional
- RM 2,000 p/p – Australia, Middle East, Europe & New Zealand
- RM 4,000 p/p – South Africa & America
- Cruise Booking – 50% of Total Cruise Fare
- Visa Application Fees: Must be prepaid by the applicant and is not refundable.
2. AMENDMENT CHARGES
For Free Independent Traveller (FIT) Tour Package
- Upon confirmation of the tour, any subsequent change made to the reservation is subject to an amendment charge of RM 50.00 per person per change.
- No changes can be made within 10 working days before departure.
- Changing the entire reservation constitutes a cancellation and is subject to cancellation charges (see clause 3.1 for FIT packages).
For Group Tour Packages
- Upon confirmation of the tour, no changes can be made within 14 days before departure.
- Any request to return earlier or later than the group is subject to airline conditions.
- Changing the entire reservation constitutes a cancellation.
3. TOUR FARE CANCELLATION CHARGES
Once booked, a basic administration fee RM 300 per person.

3.1 FIT BOOKING CANCELLATION CHARGE
Once booked, a basic administration fee RM 300 per person.

4. TRAVEL DOCUMENT
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they have a valid passport, relevant visas, and health certificates if required.
5. TOUR FARE INCLUDES
Return economy air ticket, airport transfers, hotel accommodation (twin-sharing), meals, sightseeing, and admission fees stated in the itinerary.
6. TOUR FARE EXCLUDES
Airport tax, fuel surcharge, visa fees, laundry, personal expenses, room service, gratuities, and other items not listed in the inclusions.
7. CHILD FARE
Child fare is based on sharing a room with two adults. A surcharge applies when sharing with only one adult.
8. GROUND TOUR HANDLING
Seat-in-coach arrangements may be used when group size is insufficient.
9. EXTENSION OF STAY
Extension must be requested during reservation and is subject to fare differences and seat availability. No airport transfer provided.
10. BAGGAGE
Baggage allowance is 20kg per passenger. All baggage is at the owner’s risk unless insured.
11. RESPONSIBILITY
The company acts as an agent and is not responsible for losses, injuries, delays, or events beyond its control. The company reserves the right to alter itineraries or withdraw participants whose conduct affects the group.
12. TRAVEL INSURANCE
All tour members are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

Travel Document & Other Information
Passengers are assumed to have read and agreed to the tour information.
#Duration of the tour includes the day of departure and return. Neither are full days.
#No refund for unused portions of tickets or services. Cancellation due to visa rejection will incur documentation fees.
