Booking & Payment, Reservation Method

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.

1. Select your Package.

Select your preferred tour package. (选择适合您及您喜爱的旅游配套)

These terms and conditions apply to everyone who books or uses our travel services.
(本条款适用于所有预订或使用我们旅游服务的客户。)

2. Package Information & Enquiry

Contact us to learn more about the tour package and itinerary details. (通过联系我们了解更多配套与行程详情)

3. Tour Selection Confirmation

Confirm your chosen tour package and ensure all provided details are accurate. (确认您所选的旅游配套,并确保所提供的资料准确无误。)

Important Notice

Please keep your booking information and personal details confidential. The company is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access or disclosure.
(请妥善保管您的预订与个人资料,如因未授权访问或资料外泄而造成损失,本公司恕不负责。)

4. Booking & Payment

Confirm your booking and proceed with the deposit payment to receive the official tax invoice and receipt. (确认您的订团并缴付订金后,将获发正式发票与收据。)

Unauthorized access, retrieval, or misuse of booking information is strictly prohibited.
(严禁未经授权擅取或滥用预订资料。)
False or fraudulent bookings are not permitted.
(禁止虚假或欺诈性订团行为。)

* A 2% processing fee applies to credit card payments. (信用卡付款将收取 2% 手续费。)*

5. Travel Documents

Provide a clear copy of your valid passport (must be valid for at least 6 months before the departure date). (请提供清晰的有效护照复印件,护照有效期须在出发日期前至少6个月。)

Important Notice

Please ensure that all personal and travel documents submitted are accurate and up to date. Top-One Travel shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience, delay, or loss resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or invalid documentation.
(请确保所提交的个人及旅游证件资料准确且最新,如因资料不完整、不准确或证件无效而造成的不便、延误或损失,第一旅游概不负责。)

6. Payment Schedule

Our tour consultant will contact you approximately 1 month before departure to arrange the balance payment, and about 1 month prior to departure to provide tour status updates and important reminders.
(我们的旅游顾问将在出发前约4至5周联系您安排余款支付,并于出发前约1个月提供团体出发状况与重要通知。)

7. Tour Confirmation & Pre-Departure

The final Tour Confirmation and Pre-departure Information will be issued approximately 3–7 days before departure.
(最终的旅游确认书与出团须知将于出发前约3至7天发放。)

Please review all details carefully upon receiving the confirmation documents. Any corrections or special requests should be communicated immediately to our tour consultant.
(收到确认文件后请仔细核对所有资料,如有更改或特别要求,请立即通知我们的旅游顾问。)

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your booking or account at any time, without prior notice, should you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate conduct.
(如您违反本条款,或涉及任何欺诈、滥用或不当行为,本公司保留随时终止或暂停您的订团或账户的权利,恕不另行通知。)

In such cases, any payments made may be forfeited in accordance with our cancellation policy.
(在此情况下,已支付的款项将根据本公司取消政策处理,恕不退还。)

9. Feedback & Service Improvement

We sincerely welcome your feedback after the tour to help us continually improve our services.
(我们诚挚欢迎您在行程结束后提供宝贵意见,以协助我们不断提升服务品质。)

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any revisions will be announced on this page with the updated effective date.
(我们保留随时修改或更新本条款的权利,所有更改将于此页面公布,并注明最新生效日期。)

By continuing to use our services after such revisions take effect, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the updated Terms.
